Throughout the project, I skillfully managed our tasks and progress using Jira software, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency. By implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies, we conducted daily standups, conducted productive weekly meetings, and held insightful sprint reviews and sprint planning sessions, which greatly contributed to our project’s success. “The Loneliest Artist” stands as a testament to our unwavering dedication and collaborative spirit.
